As an editor of some of the most successful reality shows in television history, Tim noticed a powerful trend: businesses, brands, and products featured on these shows often experienced dramatic growth in visibility, revenue, and public recognition. At the same time, he couldn’t help but notice how his own children were frustrated by commercials interrupting their favorite shows.
This sparked a groundbreaking idea: What if businesses could move beyond traditional marketing—like commercials and ads that people often tune out—and instead become the stars of their own reality shows or tell their stories through inspiring, documentary-style web content? Fueled by this vision and his deep expertise in storytelling, Tim founded Von Skye Original—a name inspired by his two children, Jagger Von and Ava Skye.
